Windows 10: Major - usb error

The Issue: It randomly started after a Windows 10 update.(I tried rolling back from the update and it did not fix the problem.) The situation started about 2 weeks ago... At first my USB ports for my keyboard and mouse stopped responding all together.. but now the problem is a bit different and worse imo. My Keyboard is plugged into 1 of my 3.0 USB slots.
My mouse is plugged into 1 of my 2.0 USB ports. My mouse will not work in any other port then the one its currently in. After a while my mouse will randomly drop & when I check the device manager is says nothing is wrong with the current USB slot. To fix this mouse I always have to update the driver... and it could happen 5-10 times when I'm actively on.(I have tried other mice)

I have researched and looked at and done many methods... I have made sure all my drivers are up to date.
... The last 2 options I can think of is it's the motherboard (but it's not just my mother board USB slots with this problem its all of them)
Or I Reset my PC.. which I really do not want to do because what if that is not the problem.

Has anyone seen or heard of this issue before and would know how to go about fixing this, would really appreciate any help.

major USB issue

I asked this question last night but for some reason it's disappeared?

Recently I changed my HAM radio to an Icom IC-7600. Connecting the radio to the computer via USB causes all sorts of issues resulting in the radio needing a reset to restore it's full systems. I know it's not the radio as I have a similar issue with a second
radio by a different manufacturer, not to mention the many forum discussions on this subject over the years. None of the solutions suggested have worked for me. I've tried all the recommended drivers (& then some) i.e. Icom x64 USB driver, prolific USB to
serial comm port. I've also completed a reset of Win10 which ended with no difference. I have managed to get the comm port to "sort of" work by uninstalling & blocking KB 4089848 but, there is still a major issue/conflict somewhere? The radio is happy to work
with HAM Radio Deluxe as the CAT software (computer aided transceiver (radio control)) but, introduce a second piece of software like WSJTX (FT8) & try to connect to the radio & all sorts of bad things start to happen...end result, the radio needs another
reset. I've been trying for weeks & have reads many posts with no luck. I've tried using multiple cables through multiple radio ports, all ending the same way. I don't know where to go next? Thanks
