Windows 10: make computer fully admin

there's something call 'admin' on a computer

making a 'user' an 'admin' does not make it fully admin - How to Change Administrator on Windows 10 : HelloTech How

there's certain files you cant access

and some software need to be open as 'admin' even tho you are already admin

so this 'admin' wording by microsoft is false + unhelpful cos it's not really fully admin

steps to make computer fully admin?

Method 1: I suggest you to run in-built Power troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• In the search box, type Troubleshooter and then click Troubleshooting.
• Under System and Security,
• Click on Power and Click on Next button.

Method 2: If the above method doesn’t help, I would suggest you to
reset and restore all of the default Power Plans back with their default settings. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin).
• At the command prompt, type powercfg -restoredefaultschemes, and then press
  ENTER.
• At the command prompt, type exit to exit the Command Prompt window.
• Restart the computer and check with the issue.

Unable to install the updates due to unknown admin account on Windows 10 computer

Provide us additional information to assist you better with this issue:

• How many user accounts are there on your computer?
• Are you using Microsoft account/ local account with admin rights?
• Were you able to local the non-admin account on your computer?

If you are able to log-in to the computer, I suggest you to try the below to check the number of user accounts on your computer.

• Press Windows + R keys from the Keyboard.
  
• Type netplwiz and click on Ok.
  

Check if you have enabled the Built-in admin account on your computer. If so, try to disable and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to Disable Built-in administrator.

• Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
  
• Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open Command Prompt.
  
• Type the following command and hit Enter:

• net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces)
  

Restart the computer and check with the status of this issue.
