Windows 10: Make my laptop update

I can't update my laptop and the thing has hardly been moving for me. I've done several different things I was advised to do. Please answer and assist all these folks! All these changes seem so difficult. But I will share my laptop knows how to get really loudly expressed about it has to be done or bye bye. Plus all these reminders don't pause at all when all of Americans been slammed down on taxes that had to be done. Microsoft just fix it all man!

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Laptop problem: Black vertical "sidebar" [Update]

I will try that... do you think I have complete access to replace the monitor cable without dismantling the laptop from step 1? *Eek!
