Windows 10: Make "Reboot" simply "Shut down"

For some reason the "Reboot" power option doesn't work on my laptop since I upgraded to NVMe. Windows will power down but will freeze on a blue screen not an actual BSOD, just a blank screen that happens to be blue and nothing else will happen till the laptop eventually turns it's self off or I press the power button and turn it back on.So having to "Reboot" to install windows updates or after installing a new driver, is annoying.

Any suggestions on e63 reboot issues?? phone shuts down a lot and reboots without manual intervention...



Brand new phone, no external sw installed..no mp3 stored..my wlan and bluetooth are always on a disabled mode..and i don't browse net with my phone..



i would be real happy if any one of you could suggest me a solution to this..

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
