Windows 10: Make the taskbar overlap everything (intentionally)

I made my taskbar transparent and thought it would be a good idea so that the taskbar is always on top of everything and only the icons would show up. any way to do so?

Taskbar overlaps application in fullscreen mode

- My taskbar overlaps application, see image below



- please do no suggest auto hide as suggestion, as it will still appear when I hover to bottom of application

 

Google Chrome Browser Overlaps Taskbar

I just noticed that this "overlap" happens only when Chrome is maximized.

Chrome is not maximized. everything is normal.






Chrome is maximized and the overlap or this gap happens. *Confused






it seems like chrome doesnt SNAP on the edge of the screen.

 

System Icons on taskbar

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
