Windows 10: Make windows drives available through internet

Hey everyone, I was wondering if it is possible on Windows 10 or not. I wanted to share my windows drives C, D, E to be available over the internet. Actually I work on my PC at home, but I want all my drive files available through a specific IP address with a password so I can access all my PC files through the internet on my laptop when I am outside and not in the same network.
I am pretty sure this is possible on Linux, but wondering if I can do that on Windows because I love it.

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
