Windows 10: making my PC automatically Restart every 3 days

what i did was going to the task schedule then create a basic task typing Shutdown on the program section and then /r and set the recur every 3 daysit did restart the system but what i noticed is thatif i have for example an opened Notepad which is not yet saved the system will force close it and restart without even wait unlike when i restart manually by going to start menu and hit restartso my question how can i make the automatic scheduled restart to act exactly like the manual Restartwhich is waiting for programs to finish what they doing and not force closing them

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Windows 10 PC restarts automatically

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Does this issue happen after a certain interval of time?
• Does this issue arise when opening applications?
• Did you install any third party security application?

This issue may arise due to:

• Corrupted system memory.

I suggest you to check the Event Viewer and check what’s happening on the computer when the system restarts.

restart the computer option is turned on during system failure.

• Press Windows key + R and type sysdm.cpl
• Click the Advanced tab, and then click the Settings button under
  'Startup and Recovery'
• check Automatically restart option is been checked.
