Windows 10: Making specific MS people responsible for the usability of their design...?

I'm yet again struggling with totally to me incomprehensible MS system design, in this case adding horizontal elements to a chart. Like most MS so-called systems "designs" I find them confusing, starting with not knowing what chart elements are called thus making it impossible look up a fix. If I had my druthers, when you mouse over a chart element it would tell you what that chart element is called, and then there would be links to tutorials about how to do/fix things related to these elements. Better yet, I think, would be every aspect of MS Windows have a code or even first name and first i

People app error code: 0x800706d9

Thank you for getting back to us. We apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to remove the account from the People app and add it again by following the steps below and check.

• Open People App and click on the "..." icon.
• Select Settings and then click on your email account.
• Finally click on Delete Account and then select Delete.
  

To add an account:

• Open People App and click on the "..." icon.
• Select Settings and then click on your email account.
• Select + add account and follow the instructions.

People Bar is not showing up.

The missing People Bar could have been disabled when you turn off your computer. To properly diagnose this issue, we would like to know more about the issue by asking the following questions below:

• What is the last action taken before you turn off the computer?
  
• What build and version of Windows 10 do you have installed on your computer?
• Have you attempted to perform any of the troubleshooting steps?

To enable people icon on your taskbar, we suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

• Click on the Start button on Windows 10 and choose Settings.
• Next, open the Settings app and choose Personalization icon.
• select Taskbar to open all taskbar settings.
• Look for People section, turn on Show people on the taskbar to show the People bar from the taskbar.

Making a hard drive usable

Depending on what the drive is, and how it is connected - you may have to do certain other steps in order for windows to "see the drive".

A brand new drive will be unformatted and so needs to be formatted before use.

If it is internally connected via a SATA connector, even if you plug it in and the BIOS sees it, it would still probably need formatting.

If, however, you have bought a drive connected via USB then it may still need formatting.

There are various ways Windows can do a backup, a system image, a routine backup of your user account data, or a "mirror" of folders, automatically kept synchronised.

Formatting a second "backup" drive is usually created as a "simple volume" and the help section in Windows 10 will show you clear instructions on how to do this.

If you can supply any more specific messages or background on what the PC is complaining about, then we may be able to narrow down what the problem is.
