Windows 10: maktaba shamela

I have already installed maktaba shamela on my windows 10 latest build. I have changed administrative language. but there still unicode didn't translated to arabic. like this below. how to fix it. Thank's

Unable to operate Shamela Libraray program on Windows 10

This issue may occur if the setup file is corrupted, so I suggest you to go to manufacturer web site and check for the latest version of Shamela library and install.

If you don’t find any latest version of Shamela library then install the available version in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the latest version of the software from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the software installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the Shamela Library software and check.
