Windows 10: MALFUNCTION OF CORTANA AFTER RECENT WINDOWS 10 2004 VERSION UPDATE

GOOD EVENING,

I am using windows 10 home single language,after the recent july month windows 10 version 2004 update my cortana is not working.it states that "cortana is not available for EnglishINDIA".now i am not at all able to access cortana on my device.kindly i request the microsoft team to resolve this bug as early as possible.i have also checked all other possible errors but still its not working. or acknowledge if any possible solution is there which i can myself do.

We understand that you are facing difficulties in accessing Cortana app after upgrading to Windows 10 2004. We’ll certainly help you to fix the issue.



In this scenario, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

1. Open Microsoft Store app and
   click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner.
   
2. Now select Downloads and updates from the drop down.
   
3. Click on Get updates from the right top corner.
   
4. Restart the PC and then relaunch Cortana.

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004

following the below steps.

Step: 1

Step 2:

Click Update which will download the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant

Step 3:

Run the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant & then click Update now.

Step 4: It will start downloading the update and also shows the percentage of download.
