Malicious Software Removal Tool says infections found -- then, says nothing found!

I'm running win10.I manually ran the Malicious Software Removal Tool on my computer. Version: 5.127.24080.1001I chose "Full Scan," which took several hours to complete.During the scan, the tool showed 3 infected files on my computer. After the scan, the tool apparently shut down my computer. I say "apparently" only because the computer had, in fact, been shut down. I can only assume the tool did this.I was still curious to see which files had been infected, and with what. So, to see the scan results, I went to: %windir%\debug\mrt.logThe log gave the following:-------------------------

Malicious Software Removal Tool shows infection...then doesn't?

I've run the Malicious Software removal tool, and it shows two infected files during its run. When it's done running, it suddenly says there are no problems, and shows no infected files.

Is the malware THAT good that it's confusing the Removal Tool?

When running the malicious software removal tool, it says that I have 2 infected files whilst scanning, but then at the end it says that there were no infected files.

When running the malicious software removal tool, it says that I have 2 infected files whilst scanning, but then at the end it says that there were no infected files. This happens with the quick scan and the full scan. What does this mean? I've seen other
responses where people have said that the tool has deleted these two files, but it always says that there are two files.
