Windows 10: Malware blocked and unable to run a program

HI all, hopefully someone can offer advice on this.Ever since my security software, Bullguard, notified me that it had blocked an infected object named "64barsvc.exe, my system will not allow me to run a poker software program. Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this?[Original Title: malware]

Unable to remove a running malware named pw12-free.tmp .

As I already mentioned that when I run the setup, windows defender blocked it so I didn't even installed it. So it is not present in control panel. This malware is a tracker and shares remote login data, so it is too vulnerable for pc. And im unable to resolve
this issue. Kindly suggest some other solution.

Administrator blocked you from running this program

This is Microsoft interfering (with or without justification ?) with the running of programs that they believe will cause issues with your destop/laptop/notebook. A fix that worked for me for a program I know will not ruin my wife's computer (the one I'm
using right now) is to run the program from an elevated command prompt. In the search box next to the Windows 10 button, type in cmd and then wait - at the top of the list that appears there should be an entry "Command Prompt" with the sub-text "Desktop app"
- right-click on this entry and then left-click on "Run as administrator" (which should be the first entry) - use the dos prompt to navigate to the location of the program that Windows 10 is blocking - then simply type in the name of the program/application
and hit enter

Caution:

• If you follow the above then you do so at your own risk
• You need to be sure that the program is virus-free, malware-free, etc
  
• You need to be sure that there are no known compatibility issues between the program and Windows 10, and vice-versa
• You need to be competent with correctly identifying the location of the blocked program from the error message and with Dos prompts (i.e. changing directories)

Unable to run programs in Windows 10

To assist you better, I would like to know what exactly happens when you try to run the programs. Did you get any error message? Which was the previous Operating System installed on the computer?

I suggest you to run the program in Compatibility mode and check if it helps, please follow the below steps:

1) Right click on the Program

2) Click on Properties

3) Click on Compatibility tab

4) Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly (Windows 8 or 7) from the drop down list.
