Windows 10: Malware in my laptop and damaged motherboard

What's wrong?I can only boot in Safe Mode with Networking and use my mouse with screen keyboard since my laptop keyboard doesn't even work.Apparently I'm infected with a malware, it says it is a dangerous malware if it is left in your system for a long time apparently I did not know that and I left it for 1 month STRAIGHT! What happens after being infected by this malware?- Could not open any application in normal startup because it is infected with virus - Damage Motherboard due to the overheat- Unable to connect WiFi/Internet in normal startup Automatically turn off my laptop once connected

Windows 10 update damaged laptop motherboard

I have been reading a number of cases where Windows 10 update damaged the laptop motherboard. This was my case too and I’m wondering if someone should respond for this? I had a 17 month old laptop and had to trow it away because of this.
