Windows 10: Malware issue Windows System32 network popup

Hello! I've had an issue with unauthorized use of my pc; the setting that blocks users without accounts from changing files keeps getting reset to allow. Also, while I was able to eliminate this window in a rebuild, last evening my pc had an issue--I think maybe a force entry--and I had to shut it down.I use Lenovo Vantage to scan daily which has helped but after last night had to reinstall it so the settings that were in place got deleted.There is still an issue as there is a system 32 popup window on boot which wasn't there after the clean rebuild. I did an SFS check and that came back cl

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
