Windows 10: Malware keeps returning

    Malware keeps returning


    My Window defender detected a threat TrojanDownloader:HTML/Elshutilo!MTB when I did a scan. I took the recommended action and removed it but every time I do a full scan it returns.I've tried all the advice on here including rebooting in safe mode and clearing the service history and completing an offline scan. But it keeps returning. I booked in a call yesterday and today with Microsoft support but no-one got in touch.Please help!
