    Malware or virus possiblity in my windows?


    So I fully factory reset my pc after I quarantined and removed and viruses found on my computer using malwarebytes. When I look in normal downloads after the full reset the file isn't there but when I go to quick access it shows up in the recent files. It was an crdownload then I opened it in notepad and now it says Unconfirmed 488818 and I cant delete it. I tried scanning with malwarebytes and MSERT and it tells me nothing is found. What do I do?
