  1. Malware with Mozi*** Fire***

Please help me! When I turn on my computer, Mozi*** Fire*** is already on my taskbar with a long name even if I haven't used it yet! So I closed it, and then tried Windows Defender Advanced Scan, After waiting for 4 hours to finish the scan, it said that my computer is safe and didn't find any viruses. So I restarted my laptop, and that browser still appeared on my taskbar, with the same long name. I already panicked since when I was ready to remove Mozi*** Fire***, IT DOESN'T SHOW IN MY APPLICATIONS! This has been going on for I think, already 3 weeks.. please tell me what to do, I'm scared since this is a new computer, please tell me what should I do.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO

    :)

Thank you for the information that you have provided. As a workaround of making the registry entries or keys of Mozy placed at the top of the list, you may try to manually create a duplicate of all registry keys that are entered prior to Mozy, in this case,
from GoogleDriveBlacklisted to Groove Explorer Icon Overlay 4. After you've created a duplicate, delete their original registry keys.

Duplicate entries will be placed at the bottom of the list, thus will make Mozy at the top after the deletion of other keys. To duplicate, you need to create a new key, and then copy the information from a source, for example, the entry of GoogleDriveBlacklisted.
You need to rename it first if it will give you an error.

Before doing so, we recommend that you back up your registry by following the steps provided in this
article. You may also refer to the steps on the links below on how to add a registry key and how
to add a value to a registry key entry:

The steps on these links are also applicable to Windows 10.

Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For
added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, refer to the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article.

Let us know the outcome and if you need further help.

To better assist you with your concern, we would like to know more information about the issue. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • Which build of Windows 10 were you running before that worked perfectly with Mozy?
    • Which build of Windows 10 is currently installed on your computer?
    • Is the issue happening on all user accounts on your computer?

For isolation purposes, we suggest that you create another administrator account and try to uninstall then reinstall the application.
