Windows 10: Malwarebytes is blocking an ip that belongs to cloudflare

Just 7 days ago, my Windows system started doing some weird stuff. I got notified by Google that my Gmail or Google accounts were attempted to log in from an unknown device which at this point I dont even know if it was someone else or just the system trying to verify something. Frequently, it blocks access to various sites. For this sites pay monthly or annual fee. I have not viruses, and I have private internet. Only problems it does CloudFlare. Require several days or weeks, until will funtion sites, normal.
