    How may I put my paid Malwarebytes onto laptop also?

    As far as I know, one copy per machine. See these FAQs and if you still have questions ask in the Malwarebytes forums.

    The free edition is not a live scanner, so it wouldn't matter unless you wanted to use it for a manual scan.

    The tray can be closed but it will come back after each scan till you close it again. It is there to facilitate your FREE monthly automatic scan. This ia a new feature of the free version.
