i am forced to sign in my microsoft email account in order to use my laptop. its an ACER . i have shunned away from microsoft products because of that villanious force feeding products down my laptops throat. why. just be an option and maybe people will like your products. sheesh,.

o and p keys are not working

After the update of windows 10 to 1703 version ,o and p keys are not working on my keyboard.I rebooted my laptop but of no use.and i updated my os to 1709 version and still the problem exists on that version too.and all the latest drivers are installed
on my laptop.please me a way to solve this problem .

note: o and p letters in the text are typed using touch keyboard.

 

BSOD at least twice a month - uncertain cause

I have run driver verifier with the below settings for >48 hours. There have been no BSOD. Please advise on next steps

• I/O verification
• Force pending I/O requests
• IRP logging

 

microsoft sculpt keyboard 1559 typing [p -o ]i

I could not find driver for the Microsoft sculpt keyboard. This is happening on 3 computers. I think keyboard is cording keys. Pressing 1 key is pressing two.

Here are some other keys.
