Windows 10: "Manage BitLocker" won't launch, Windows Activation broken

After a recent automatic windows update my laptop HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ar0xxx is very confused. Suddenly, in the bottom right of my desktop is text that says "Windows 11 home", and "Windows isn't activated" has appeared when I open settings. Selecting 'Activate Now' does nothing except flash a light blue screen that closes in less than a second. After running the activation troubleshooter it told me I need to update to continue. I'm now trying to either install or update windows 11 I can't tell at this point but it gets stuck at 35%. A window appears that says:"Turn off BitLocker be

Manage bitlocker will not launch - start.

I had my Surface Pro Windows 10 Pro on bitlocker before. Had to reset my Surface pro.

now, the Manage Bitlocker will not launch. Nothing happens when I click on it.

TPM is listed as ready to use.

At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
do my homework?!

 

Get Windows 10 App won´t launch

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me. Finally after a lot of manual updates, my Get Windows 10 app is showing in the taskbar.

However, now when I left click it, right click Get Windows 10, right click Check your Update status, the app launches and immediately closes down again.

The options Go to Windows Update and Get to know Windows 10 do work.

Just the app won´t launch. Anyone ideas?
