Windows 10: Manage Bookmarks in DuckDuckGo

I am using duckduckgo as my primary browser on my new laptop running WIN11. After a few weeks, I need to organize my bookmarks. Delete unwanted ones, group related ones together, priority sites at top, etc.
A quick search turns up many posts complaining of no way to do this. WTF? Surely thee is a way to organize, but how? I have poked around looking for a while, now I ask the forum. Any ideas?

FireFox "Recent Bookmarks"

Farvatten, none are showing a second location and I use DuckDuckGo for my search engine. Ya'll set me to thinking so I created several new bookmarks on my bookmark bar. They were also entered in my "Recent Bookmarks". Deleting the new bookmarks from the bookmark bar or manage bookmarks and vise versa also deleted them from the from all locations as your tests show. For some reason the old list of "Recent Bookmarks" did not delete when the bookmark was deleted from the bookmark bar however, it is working as it should with new bookmarks. Guess it is another gremlin! Thanks guys! Ron

 

What the heck is duckduckgo doing?

I suggest configuring settings then copy the bookmarklet URL and set that URL as your home page or bookmark.

Turn these ones below "Off"

Copy the bookmarklet URL and use that. Then if cookies are cleared it won't matter because you will be using the URL that contains settings instead of a cookie that contains settings.
