Windows 10: Manage cellular connections - choose roaming operator

Hi
Is there any way to manage cellular connections (mobile broadband) better in Windows 10? I would like to be able to see available operators and choose to which to connect. Maybe there is an app that gives you that level of control?

Issue cellular data roaming

Altough in the settings of my Lumia 635 the options cellular data and/or cellular data roaming are disabled, my phone still makes a data connection when I'm abroad.

My operator is charging me for some kB of data per day.

How can I effectively block data roaming?

 

Cellular Connection not working while roaming

Cellular connection is not working even after enabling the allow roaming option. It's getting stuck while connecting and doesn't connect. Please help.

Cellular Connection not working while roaming

Hi,

There are no recent changes to my system. Actually i recently upgraded to Windows 10.0(Build 10240) System.

The same dongle works fine in cellular connection while i was at my home network. This is the 1st time i tried to access from a roaming network and hence not able to connect.

I tried to enable allow roaming option and tried to connect but to no avail. By default the allow roaming option is not selected.
