Windows 10: Manage Music on iPhone 3GS without iTunes?

My main phone is Android, but I've got an iPhone 3GS that I use for music and a few apps. However, iTunes is hopeless and can't find half of the music on my PC.

What is the best way to manage music (and apps?) on an iPhone without iTunes?

Thanks very much Oliver! I figured out the music issue. I'm still not clear on 1 thing though:



I used to own an iphone and have a iphone data plan with at&t (i pay $30) i have recently sold my phone, and i was hoping to get the bookle's 3g, sms, etc features to work without chaning my plan with at&t. Is this impossible?



In other words, do I HAVE TO get the $60 per month 3g plan with at&t?There is no other way to use the 3g?

Hey, ck 300 works great with iphone 3gs on phone calls but will not stream music via bluetooth from iphone ipod??



Anyone know why and what the settings on the iphone should be?

Itools: Download iTools for Windows 1.8.48 . Unzip and run
Most third party software is using itunes library as a background process so you'd also need to install itunes. However, the interface is much easier to use/manage using drag and drop, create ring tones, contacts, install/backup apps etc...
In addition, click on storage then can use it as a portable HD.
