Windows 10: Manage Windows 10 Notifications in GPO

Hi, is there a way to manage Windows 10 notifiations so that user of the PC is not interrupted?I am using BurntToast v0.8.5 Powershell plugin/module on Win10_1909 to create custom notifications, but since not all PCs at my network have notifications enabled, some notifications wont show up.So, is there any way to manage/enable notifications via Powershell/Gpedit/Regedit? I could not find anything, thanks for any advice.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Turning off Update Notifications in GPO?

I've been looking endlessly with no luck so hopefully someone here can give me a definitive answer. Preferably what I woud like is to completely disable the windows update center. I want it to neither automatically download, nor notify and ask to download updates to windows 10. I want all windows 10 updates to be managed by our sys admin. If that is not possible, I would like to at least disable the notifications that say windows updates are available. Even if the end user can still go in and click the download and install buttons, most of them wont know how to get there without clicking that notification. I have tried disabling the notification center in GPO and the notifications still come, they just dont sit on the task bar anymore. I have also tried "Remove access to use all windows update features" in GPO and this seems to have little to no effect at all despite it sounding like exactly what I was looking for.

This is the notification I'm trying to get rid of.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
