Windows 10: Manage Windows User profiles

Hi,I have an environment manged under Azure AD Directory. We also have department of about 50 users who are forced to share their desktops. So if every user happens to log in to one desktop, the PC will create about 50 user profiles. This in return forces the PC to be very slowI've tried managing this by clearing some of the user of the stale user account to no vail.How else can I manage this better?Is there a way the users can login without the desktops creating the user profile?

User Profiles not uploading at Start

Your computer might have experience a fresh start when the upgrade occurred last December 16, 2017, and the user profiles on it got affected as well. However, let us not jump into any conclusions yet until we isolated your concern. Let's see if we'll be
able to recover the missing user profile using a command line in command prompt.

• Open CMD as Administrator.
• Enter this command "net localgroup “Administrators” [Computer Name][Missing User] /add".
• Once done, restart your computer.

You may also check if you'll see the missing user profile/s in Local User and Groups manager. Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Press the Windows + R on your keyboard, then type in lusrmgr.msc.
• Click on Users, then check if the missing user profile is on the right pane.

Let us know if the above steps worked.

 

Query on Managing User Profile on Windows 10

Thank you for providing detailed description.

I see you telling that you're able to see only one User Profile at login screen. So I suggest you not to perform the action of removing the User Profile from User Account windows. Moreover there is no possibility of adding or configuring multiple User Profile
with same email address on Windows 10. If you try, it will give a warning stating the email address is already configured.

To confirm this, press Start, type Computer Management
and select the same from the list. Navigate to System Tools />
Local Users and Groups /> Users. On the right side, see if two user profile with same email address will appears there. If yes, then try to double click on them to see check box for
Account is disabled is applied for any of them.

Keep posted the outcome.

Solution #1: Didn't work. Still getting the same startup profile without any of my programs.

This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows 10. To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User Account tool in the Control Panel
