Windows 10: Management Point in Critical State following Console Upgrade 2303

We upgraded the SCCM console because the current site version version 2203 is past the end of support.On the day of the upgrade I checked a couple things and all looked healthy but today I noticed that the servers we have in SCCM under the devices tab are all showing as offline and inactive status.The server clients all last made contact with the MP 9 days ago which would have been close to but not exactly on the date the upgrade work got completed.In the System Health administration it says that the Management point site system role is in a critical state.I checked that the Management Point

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. It is stated on the article that you'll need to run DISM tool prior to running SFC tool.
