Windows 10: Managing 365 Subscriptions

I was just reviewing my Microsoft account online, specifically, the Services & Subscriptions page. I have a home edition of 365 which I can share with multiple people. I have Office 365 installed on my Windows laptop, as do my wife on her Windows laptop, and my son on his Macbook Pro laptop. So 2 "shares" and 3 "installs".

On the "Sharing" screen, I see my wife and son's name (not computer name, their real names). All good there. On the "Services & Subscriptions" page, I see 3 installs/devices, so the number matches up. All 3 computer names begin with DESKTOP. However, one of the devices shows my computer name, which I rename to a more user friendly name when I do a windows clean install. My wife and son never renamed their computers so they still has the cryptic alphanumeric assignment from the factory install. Problem is, I just checked my wife's computer name and it is not one of the 3 install listed. Although she is signed into OneDrive and to Office 365 on her machine using her Microsoft account (she uses a local standard account on the laptop, if that is relevant). Not sure what my son's Macbook Pro is named. He lives out of state and I have to wait for him to get home from work to ask him. But definitely my wife's computer name is not one of the 3 devices and I don't recognize the computer names of the 2 that are not mine.

Any thoughts here? I'm not necessarily thinking I've been hacked (I use 2 factor authentication) but it is curious that 2 of the devices are a mystery and none list my wife's computer name. Again, one of them might legit be my son's but I need to ask him first.

Any clue as to why I wouldn't see my wife's computer name here? What are the consequences of just signing them out? What happens to the computers on the other end when they are signed out from the online MS account screens?

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Change subscription plans

You can switch subscription plans for Xbox Live, Game Pass, and Office 365.

To change your subscription recurrence (for example, from monthly to yearly):

Sign in to your Services & subscriptions with your Microsoft account.

Find the subscription in the list.

Select Manage > Change > Switch, and then choose your new recurrence. If you don't see this option, make sure recurring billing is on.
