    This process worked flawlessly on Window 7 with the same printer.



    Windows 10, all updates. Wireless connection to HP Officejet 4500 G51n-z


    I requested a print job that would require 4 sides of paper. In the application (Adobe reader) print menu, I selected the pages I wanted printed and then Properties. Then I selected Duplex Printing Manually. This print job should consume 2 pieces of paper.


    Side 1 came out at "normal" speed. Side 2 came out at normal speed, but spotted short of ejecting the paper. After about 2 minutes, the paper ejected. I turned the paper around and reinserted it into the printer and clicked Continue on the pop up menu on the notebook.


    5 minutes later nothing has happened. Attached is the print queue status

    HP Officejet 4500 not printing portrait

    My HP Officejet 4500 prints in landscape even though all settings are set for portrait. I've removed and re-installed the printer with no changes. Before Windows 10 it worked perfectly. Any ideas?
