Windows 10: Manually adjust Lenovo S740 Fan speed

Discus and support Manually adjust Lenovo S740 Fan speed in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Hi, is there anyway to adjust the fan speed for the yoga series?     Hi, is there anyway to adjust the fan speed for the yoga series? I have already tried downloading several 3rd parties app but still does not work. Thanks.

    Omg. Okay thank you so much! The link you shared, No touchpad detected Windows 10 S740-English Community worked!. I don't know exactly which driver was the one that fixed it, but I installed from head to tail all the drivers on the lenovo website.

    Lenovo S740 - Trackpad not working

    Hi I'm in urgent need of my trackpad working because tomorrow is the day of a college exam which requires me to bring my laptop without a mouse.

    I've just (3 hours ago) installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 1709 .

    I've since used Windows Update to update to Windows 10 1909.

    I thought Windows Update would provide the trackpad drivers but it didn't.

    I've tried to download and install the provided trackpad drivers off the lenovo website but it didn't work. Here's the link to the download page for the drivers laptops and netbooks :: yoga series :: yoga s740 14iil - SG. But it didn't work also.

    Things I've also tried:
    "Scan for hardware changes" in device manager.
    "Show hidden devices" in device manager.

    Here's how my device manager looks like:

    Many online forum posts suggested to change a setting in my BIOS, but I couldn't find it.
