Windows 10: Manually Slipstreaming the KB4093105?

I always do this on desktop so make 3 folders on desktop: Sources, mount, package.
Copy install.wim/install.esd to Sources
Copy the KB to package
Open Admin command and cd to Desktop.

NOTE: You can copy and paste the commands below. Save some typing and avoid mistake. Don't forget to change the file name and index # before running the command.

1 - :: Only need this step if install.wim/install.esd contains multiple editions else go to step 2
:: List index numbers of wim/esd file.
*Arrowdism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:Sources\install.wim ===> Change if install.esd is used and # for the edition on the next command

:: Use index # for the edition such as home, pro etc... and save it to desktop. Once done, move it to Sources
*Arrowdism /Export-Image /SourceImageFile:"Sources\install.wim" /SourceIndex:# /DestinationImageFile:"install.wim" /Compress:Max

2. :: Add Windows updates to wim file
*Arrowdism /mount-wim /wimfile:"Sources\install.wim" /mountdir:mount /index:1
*Arrowdism /image:mount /add-package /packagepathackage
*ArrowDism /unmount-wim /mountdir:mount /commit

 

MS just released a huge Update which is the Build 162199.402.
Having this Build is very important to me since it fixes most of my securtity issues with Windows 10.

Having that said, is there any possible way to download this update (which I already did) and have it stored in my Windows 10 installation USB boot drive so it can install automatically right after the setup or even during the setup process?

Or, is this more complicated than adding an update file just in the installer?

I have a USB Boot media which I created with the Media Creation tool and of course, it has the older build.

So we are talking about ONLY one update install file which would be the (kb4093105) below.

Is there a way i can possibly add this file manually somewhere inside the original Windows 10 setup file directory?

Or, do I need something like NLITE to achieve this?

I just don't want to run a 3rd party program just because of only ONE single Update...

Manual Downloads of KB3074686 & KB3074678

I would like to manually download KB3074686 and KB3074678 but they are not in the windows update catalog nor the windows download site. They don't appear on our WSUS server either.

Will there be manual download links provided for these two updates as I would like to slipstream them into our image.

 

Slipstreaming from the point of legality

As far as I know it is installing programs such as drivers with the installation of the operating system.

 

I would just wait till Microsoft releases the next major update that was supposed to be 1803, It was cancelled due to bugs a week or 2 ago and the new one should be out soon and if reports are right is going to be called Windows 10 April update or something similar.

 

I need to stay on this current build.

So if its not possible to manually add the update without using NLITE software into the setup installation directory then no worries then I can dot it manually after installation.
