Windows 10: Many issues with Windows System Failures

After many problems with my old PC Windows installation since the 1903 update, I decided to build my Windows installation from scratch on a clean PC. I Bought a Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF running a 250GB SSD primary system drive and a 500GB HDD data drive. It is running an I5 processor and 8GB Ram and is running the latest BIOS version. Latest Windows 10 with all updates is installed. I repeatedly get the BSD and auto system repair often goes though a number of BSDs before it powers off. Powering up then works fine for hours before another error occurs.

I have run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and done sfc /scannow. No errors were found which the system could not restore. I've even used Windows Update Assistant to reload Windows.

Some of the frequent blue screen problems are:

- Kernal Security Check Failure

- IRQL Not Less or Equal

- Critical Structural Corruption

- System Service Exception

- Memory ManagementIssues which may help analysing the problem include: I moved not just copied the OneDrive folders and personal folders to Drive D HDD before loading the PC with data files which were imported from an external drive. Since getting the PC I have not been able to have both wired or wireless keyboard and mouse wake up the PC when it has slept for a few hours. Backups which identify the correct personal folders fail every time for no clear reason. Both Primary and secondary drives are MBR disks and the external backup drive is GPT. One Drive does not appear to work with data on drive D. And the Toolbar Search does not let me enter anything on my user account only. Other than these issues all works fine.

I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc /scannow and press enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  
  If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:
  

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing
  Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

As you are facing issues with the “failure of the computer to shut down” I suggest you perform the below methods and check if it helps.

I suggest you to try running the Power Troubleshooter to check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Run the Power troubleshooter on the system.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Power troubleshooter

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
