Windows 10: Many many many blue screen

First, i'm srory for my bad english because I'm french

So that's happening more and more since thursday and it's usually when I play a Windows Store game. And it make that too on the other games... It close many apps too, when i'm playing, t's closing and i have to reload the game.

Types of BSOD (Blue Screen of Death ) : CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED - SYSTEM_THREADEXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - And one after 3 Blue screen consecutives, one more in the last load of windows, after it runs perfectly for at least one hour.

My PC :

Win. 10 Pro (v. 1909 - 18363.1198)

Ram : 16 GB (4x4)

CPU : Intel Core I7-3770K - 3.50 GHz

GPU : AMD Radeon R9 380 Series (With the Radeon Sortware)

Motherboard : Asus ??? With a BIOS dated 2012

Hard drive : SSD - WD 500 GB (with Windows) + 4 TB Seagate (External)



Now I don't know what i have to do, I did already the "SFC /SCANNOW" but he didn't found anything...

Ideas ? Please write me !
