Windows 10: Many PC Problem I think is GPU?

Hi, my PC has been giving a lot of problems for a few months. I state that I mounted the PC a few years ago and it has never given any problems. I wouldn't know the cause of these problems, but I think it's since I upgraded the GPU. It started giving me problems with the "Desktop Window Manager" dwm.exe and now with the "Client Server Runtime Process" csrss.exe. The problem I've been having all the time is that the GPU first goes to 0% usage and then 100% usage at random, depends on the game or what I'm doing, with no way to fix itMy PC has an e5 3600, a 2070super, 16gb RAM, a B450 Gaming

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

@Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

@W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
