  1. Many permission and admin problems after restarting my pc.

So I have a Hp Omen 15, and I went to the "Omen Gaming Hub" to switch my graphics mode from "Discrete" to "Hybrid." This required a restart so I restarted. I open chrome, discord, and task manager like I always do after a restart. Chrome and discord open like so, but task manager doesn't. After like 50 seconds after clicking on the icon in my taskbar, I am greeted with an "access is denied" error. I try opening it via the search bar and ctrl+alt+del, and the same thing appears. Sometimes, nothing appears at all! I then realize that I can't run ANYTHING as an administrator. I check my account settings and it says I am an admin! I also get an error when I try to run Valorant and GTA 5. Then I try to switch my graphics mode back to discrete to try to fix the problem, and guess what? When I try to open the Omen Gaming Hub via taskbar, the icon just vanishes! I scan my computer with Malwarebytes and it detects nothing. I then try to change the permissions for some apps, and when I click "Edit," the window freezes and after like a minute, another error shows up. At this point, I tried everything and just settle for resetting my pc. I got this pc like one month ago to I didn't really have a lot of stuff. So I go into settings and click "Get Started," and the entire window freezes again. I try the options from the "Restart Now" button but those don't work either. Please help and thank you in advance.

  2. Admin rights

Well now you see my issue. I am restarting explorer with admin permission, but nothing changes. It still says I need admin permission when I try to do anything with the files.

  4. Many permission and admin problems after restarting my pc.

    Win7 User Admin permissions broken

Basically it's an administrative user not the root admin , I don't know what it went wrong with settings and i forogot , but the permissions for it account were messed and now it cannot delete/edit sometimes stuff that came from rar or downloader or even installs, plus cannot uninstal most of programs , it's only possible with root admin (hidden), is there a way to restore these privilegies.

Also the error points "You need administrative privilegies from Administrators/[Nickname] "
BUT I AM THE DAMN USER !!!!

It's not my PC so i really don't want to dig it up from scratch.

The PC has RAID0 so basically im not going to go over that again with a reinstall/reformat. ... takes time.
