Many programs I have cannot run because they are on Local Disk D:

I got an ssd recently and made it the main partition. This required reinstalling Windows 10, which I did. This also made all apps. programs, and other miscellaneous things that I had installed on my hard drive, or my D drive now, not work at all. I think it is because the programs I try running are reading off of the C drive, though I'm not completely sure. I want programs that I had installed prior to my putting in my ssd to read off of my hdd, since that's where all the files for said programs are. Basically, I have all the files for everything I use on Local Disk D:, but they won't read from there, meaning they won't work, or so I think, so I want to know if there is a way I can make those programs read from there.

    :)
