Windows 10: Many random restarts with no obvious cause DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Okay so I'm not normally one to ever post things like this but I've been having on and off issues with my pc for years now and I've replaced many components and the fault continues so I need help figuring this out. On my pc, it tends to have random crashes for seemingly no reason and I've gone through some minidumps but am not able to understand truly what they point the issue to. The computer used to completely restart with no bsod but after many different fixes and attempts it now gives me the BSOD with the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error code. randomly restarts. As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter on your computer and check if it fixes the issue. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems look for
  Power.
• Then Run the troubleshooter.

Random Freezes and BSOD (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION)

I suggest you to unplug all external devices connected to the system and restart the system to check if the issue persists.

Sometimes new hardware can cause blue screen errors. Since you recently added new hardware to your computer, shut down your system, unplug the new hardware, and then restart to check the status.

Many blue screen errors can be resolved by making sure that Windows is up to date. In the search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

I suggest you to Run System Maintenance Troubleshooter
and check if it helps:

Follow the steps given below:

Random Restarts?

When I had random restarts I THINK it was my PSU that caused it but alternatively it could be a driver which needs to be found that's causing it (if it's a driver).
