Windows 10: Many "settingsync" EVENT ID 6065 in event log either from SettingSyncHost.exe or...

I do not have any issues on my desktop PC, but I see many Event ID 6065 on this AND my laptop.Although these are "red flagged" as errors, I think these are minor, and are related to the settings to allow various things like Themes, account passwords, language settings, and "other windows settings" in a cloud and/or OneDrive. Presumably this can be to allow for a smooth recovery, for those who can, or who like, to save thier environment, OS or System Image, to a Microsoft Cloud.As these settings are all "on" and I did NOT set these on myself, I would expect them TO WORK. Error ESENT Event ID 413 Logging/Recovery

that's not really a solution.

right before esent event id 413 occurs I see this error:

SettingSyncHost (3412) An attempt to create the file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\edbtmp.log" failed with system error 5 (0x00000005): "Access is denied. ". The create file operation will fail with error -1032 (0xfffffbf8).

as the error says, the file is not getting created because it is being blocked by *something*.

I did create a blank file called edbtmp.log in \system32\ . will see if that fixes it

ESENT Event 467 for SettingSyncHost error in Event Viewer: metastore\meta.edb corruption

As in the title, I'm getting this error in Event Viewer randomly averaging at about once an hour:

Event 467, ESENT:

SettingSyncHost (10148) {B114AFB2-D799-4030-A871-E49C2B06521B}: Database C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\SettingSync\metastore\meta.edb: Index deleteDetection of table items is corrupted (0).

I'm not experiencing any other errors at this point, but I'd still like to resolve the indicated corruption if I could. scannow and DISM didn't seem to spot this corruption. Is this a file that could safely be renamed and let the system create a new uncorrupted
one?

Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, build 10586 clean installed less than a month ago.

 

Event viewer error with event id 10016

• Do you face any issues on the computer?
  
• Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

This problem may occur if either of the following conditions is true:

• A program with the class ID (CLSID) that appears in the message tries to start the COM component by using the DCOM infrastructure. However, the user does not have the required permissions to start the COM component.

• The Network Service account does not have the correct permissions.

Event logs are special files that record significant events on your computer, such as when a user logs on to the computer or when a program encounters an error. Whenever these types of events occur, Windows records the event in
an event log that you can read by using Event Viewer. Advanced users might find the details in event logs helpful when troubleshooting problems with Windows and other programs.

If you do not have any issues with app or any other program I would suggest you to ignore it.
