Windows 10: Many windows 11 attached apps have login problem

Feedback Hub says "Something went wrong" after I select my account to log in.Tips says "We're having trouble getting your tips, Check your Network settings and try again."Mail/Calendar stays at the page of creating account more than 10 min when linking to my gmail...I have two Teams. The one with a phone-like interface works perfectly. The other one installed location: C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams does not. When I enter my account, it shows "Loading Microsoft Teams" forever...Maps is automatically signed in but cannot access the internet to show online content.There mi

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

If you cannot attach files to email in Outlook.com or Microsoft Outlook app, you need to follow these suggestions-

1. Verify the file size
   
2. Compress the attachment in a ZIP file
   
3. Change sharing preferences
   
4. Change or update browser

• How are you accessing mail e.g. Mail app or Outlook?
• Is the issue with a particular format of attachments?

I suggest you to try attaching a different format of file and check if you are able to attach file and send mail. Also install all pending Windows updates and check. If the issue still persists follow the steps below.
