Windows 10: Mapped drive folders show as blank

I have 3 computers out of 16 that show mapped drive connections as blank when accessing the files. The bottom left shows the correct item counts, and the quick access column reveals subfolders, but the main explorer window shows as blank even on reboot, restart of explorer process, sfc /scannow did not fix nor did rebooting the server SLFP-FS01 which hosts the files. I have not been able to find people with similar issues as there is no error message or disconnect issue shown. Remapping the drives or direct connection to the folder results in the same as well. What else can I do to get access

Mapped network drive shows only blank screen

Hi guys , i have created a mapped network drive but nothing is listed when i connect to the remote pc. i do not see any folders/files etc ... if i use my pc to connect to another pc everything is available like the users ,public folders where i can browse through them.only issue is with this specific laptop.

The remote pc is running win 10 pro 64bit. Is there something i should be aware of ?

Mapped network drive shows only blank screen

Umm that is not a blank screen. That is a blank Windows Explorer window. It is showing at the top that there is nothing in that folder. Suggest you try with another device to find out if that folder really does have something in it.

 

Mapped Drives Issues

To clarify .... the issue is the Windows 10 OS. It is with Windows File Explorer. The Mapped drives used to appear in File Explorer's left panel list of drives and folders. Two days ago File explorer stopped show the mapped drives. so not they don;t appear in the list of Drives and folders.

I did, it has no effect. I also check the NAS devices they support SMB 2.0. Also I have several other computers on my home network they work fine with the mapped drives and They do not have SMB 1 turned on. So it is something that happened to the computer in question.
