Windows 10: Mapping a network drive peer to peer - guide

I have a small home office with a couple of Windows PC's and in the process of updating one of the machines.I am running an split access database and sharing the data file between the two computers.in the past, mapping a network drive has been fairly straightforward, as long as i share the drive on the second machine and have the user account info for it, i can map a drive on the first machine.However, now we have pin numbers for login, i cant seem to verify the user details, so am not granted access.Is there a definitive guide on how to map a network drive in a peer to peer network ?

accessing mapped network drives on peer to peer network when using facial recognition for log in

I have a peer to peer network set up, I can access all the shared folders/mapped network drives when I login to the surface tablet using a password, but I am unable to access the mapped drives or shares when facial recognition is used to log on to the surface
tablet.

all machines are running windows 10

• AS I stated above, I keep getting the error The user name or password is incorrect

Is there any tutorials on how to set up a peer to peer network via a CAT5 cable so that I might see where I went awry?

Make sure to allow the golf program in Windows firewall settings.

Also look at the help pages for the golf game and see which ports it needs opened. Is your network connection listed as Private? That probably needs to be checked as well:
