    So, I have an issue where the game is no longer connected to my Microsoft account. I cannot log in through the game's connection process. If I try the Microsoft log in it pops up, I fill it out as needed but then it just hangs there. From what I have gathered in a little research is that Gameloft would have had to remove my credentials on their server side to block my log in I believe. This happened to another game about a year ago with them also. The game has been linked to my Microsoft account for years now but all of sudden after posting a critical review the next day its link is gone. I

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
