Windows 10: March of empires not loading past 38%

After the latest upgrade the game will not load past 38 %. It initially logged me into a new world with a new castle, but I can still access my old game on my iphone. The game itself will no longer load on my pc, either my old castle or the new.

I have tried for days to get the new update for March Of Empires from the play store. It tells me all updates are downloaded but I cant get into the game. I uninstall and reinstall also with no luck. I went back to try again and now it tells me there is
no March Of Empires in the play store!!!

for last 48 hours when ive tried to play March Of Empires it says online connection service failed.Ive been old to contact customer care but don't know how or wether they will be open
