    Hi!We have been detecting the massive ammount of pass the ticket activity in our AD. There is an alarm generated in ad monitoring system every minute. No technique or process created or used that would indicate that the attack is pass the ticketno mimikatze or rubeus. I would like to know how the microsoft decides if the attack is pass the ticket. according to which parameters and fields. If it is configuration issue then we would like to fix it immediately.

    I understand your concern about accessing HP simple pass after upgrading to Windows 10. We will help you with this issue.

    • Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
    • Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

    Try the below steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

    Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

    Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

    • Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
    • Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
      HP Recovery Manager opens.
    • Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
      HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

    Game Pass games disappeared from my PC

    Hi there,

    I created a ticket a couple of months ago, about the same issue, and it happens now every 30-60 days.

    Redirecting

    Basically every game disappeared from my Windows PC that was installed via the Xbox app. I have game pass ultimate subscription, playing on Xbox and on my laptop.

    I had Football Manager 23, The Outer World and Citizen Sleeper installed, all of them are gone. I turned off the computer with Atomic Heart being downloaded, I had to download that from scratch as well.

    Last time I couldn't give answers to the questions listed in the previous ticket, but now I can. These were the questions in the previous ticket:

    To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

    • Current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
    22H2 (OS Build 22621.1555)

    • Are you only having issues with games installed via game pass?
    I don't have any other games installed from the Microsoft Store. Every other game I have from different platforms (Epic, Steam, GOG) are fine.

    • Or other games are also affected
    Any game I install via game pass

    • Are you running any antivirus or antimalware software?
    No, I have the default windows protection only.

    • What changes have you made before the issue appeared?
    None, apart from this time I started installing Atomic Heart, but this happens every month or so, and this was the only time I started installing Atomic Heart. Turned the computer off, when I turned it back on the next day, everything was gone.

    • If a game was installed with Xbox Game Pass but will no longer play, make sure that your Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are active, and that the game is still in the current catalog.
    I have game pass ultimate, and it is active all the time.

    • If you’re having trouble remotely downloading a game, go to the “Why isn’t my game downloading when I install from the Game Pass mobile app?” section, above.
    That thing I can manage (although that is problematic too). I would like to know how can I prevent 150~200GB of data to disappear from my computer without any interaction, warning or intention.

    • Also check if you are sing in with the correct Windows user profile.
    I am, my computer, using it alone.

    There are multiple reports about this issue online, however I couldn't find any information about why it happens, or how. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that my computer can delete huge volume of files without any warnings, and especially that it looks like it happens with something I pay for regularly, and even more so it comes from Microsoft.

    Also, I reinstalled my Windows from scratch when it happened for the first time. Seems like it didn't fix anything.

    I would appreciate any suggestions, I'm stuck with this problem, currently re-downloading everything.
