    Hi, first time making questions here, but i must do it because since about 1 or 2 years that i been having a bug with DAX2 a integrated Dolby Audio that comes with Acer or audio plugins not working with some microsoft apps. Yes i use laptop for play/work, the Dolby audio work like charm except with microsoft applications. In my case, i cant play games like Gears 4 and 5, Forza Horizon 4 and 5, include i cant use Dolby with Microsoft Teams i need better audio because is blocking my Razer kraken 7.1 headphones. This comes when i was in Windows 10, now with a clean install of Windows 11 the i

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
