    Hi, first time making questions here, but i must do it because since about 1 or 2 years that i been having a bug with DAX2 a integrated Dolby Audio that comes with Acer or audio plugins not working with some microsoft apps. Yes i use laptop for play/work, the Dolby audio work like charm except with microsoft applications. In my case, i cant play games like Gears 4 and 5, Forza Horizon 4 and 5, include i cant use Dolby with Microsoft Teams i need better audio because is blocking my Razer kraken 7.1 headphones.The bug in apps is that audio does not pass through Dolby service, so the final au

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
