Windows 10: Massive lag on everything IntelIHVRouter10.dll

Hi,My PC has this reoccuring problem where, sometimes, everything seems to have a massive lag/lost in fps. This includes sounds, mouse and lighting from my keyboard. It last for about a minute everytime and happens every week or so. Today it happened to times with 16 minutes appart.I looked at the event viewer and it's saying that the source is IntelIHVRouter10.dllI'm on windows 11CPU IntelR CoreTM i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz Memory : 16.0 GBIntelR Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHzNVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPERThanks in advance for the replies, help is greatly appreciated.

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

 

Getting massive lag spikes

I've been haveing trouble with massive lag spikes while gaming for a while now and installed MSI Afterburner to see if I could figure out something with that, and it seems like everytime I lag is during one of these troughs. Anyone know what could cause this and how I could fix it? It's getting quite annoying to the point of some games being unplayable.
