Windows 10: Massive memory leak - Windows 11

Hi,I've recently purchased and built a new PC, using the following components:ASUS Rog Strix B650E-IASUS RTX4070 Super ProArt OCRyzen 5 7600XKingston FURY Beast DDR5 5600MHz 32GBI've been having trouble since day one, when I started experiencing the system lagging and eventually freezing, usually combined with using windows explorer or Chrome. It usually ended in a black screen, and after further examination, it resulted in a TDR crash, resetting the display driver. I've contacted NVIDIA for support, but have not been able to remedy the problem.I've currently noticed that my RAM usage is way t
