Windows 10: Massive problems with Windows, Outlook and Video Player

Hi all,Sorry to bother you, but I'm at my wits end. I cannot progress through to any Microsoft Online Support page due to an error page which I keep getting when entering in my account password. MS Outlook support people have tried to assist but said its out of their hands too. I'll try to be brief.1. Brand new Gigabyte laptop 4 months old using Windows 11.2. I use Outlook desktop client and open with two profiles first profile has 1 personal email outlook email address inbox and 3-4 business outlook email address inboxes, where the office 365 emails were setup via GoDaddy. How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

 

Playback video problems

Step 1: I suggest you to run the below troubleshooters and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
  and select it.
• Click on View all in the left pane.
• Click onWindows Media Player DVD and follow the onscreen instructions.
• Follow the same to Windows Media Player Settings as well.

Step 2: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on

as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.
