Windows 10: Mastakenly purchased Office 365 twice after recieving "complete your purchase" email

I purchased the fmaily verison of Office 356 withe the help of your chat feature. Later that day, I got an email asking me to complete my purchase -- so I did. It turns out that caused me to buy it twice. How do I get the second transasction canceled and my payment refunded? There is not a phone number to call an agent for hel.

Its possible you need to download the software install files from the schools website if you purchased it through the school.

• Please uninstall any Office trial versions on your device before installing Office 365 Education.
• Open the Microsoft Office 365 Web site.
• On the Office in education screen, enter your IT Account NetID, followed by <university email
  address> and click Get Started.
• Select I'm a student on the next page. You will be sent an email with instructions.
• Follow the steps in the email. It is recommended that you use the same password as you use for other
  University services.

Office 365 Renewal via Purchase on New Windows Laptop

My Office 365 subscription expired today. However, I had purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 11/23/18 and along with the laptop, I purchased an Office 365 subscription and was expecting to see my Microsoft account be updated with that purchase information
and new subscription information.

How do I get the Office 365 purchase from Lenovo to register in my Microsoft account, so that all my devices have access to the renewed subscription?
